When Will I Get my Card?

Get started instantly with your Digital Card

You no longer need to wait for the mail to arrive to start using your Qapital Visa® Debit Card! As soon as your card is ordered—whether it’s your very first card or a replacement—a digital version is available immediately in the app.

How to find your digital card:

  1. Open the Qapital app and go to the Home screen.

  2. Tap on the Spend dashboard.

  3. Tap "See card details".

From here, you can view your card number, CVV, and expiry date to start making online purchases or add your card to your digital wallet right away.

Physical Card Delivery

While you use your digital card, your physical card is being produced and shipped to your address on file.

Standard Delivery Times

The physical card typically arrives within 6-8 business days. In many cases, it may arrive sooner, but please allow up to 10 business days for standard mail delivery.

Why Delivery Delays May Happen

Several factors can contribute to delays:

  • Issues with the mailing address on file.

  • Logistical delays with the postal service.

What to do if your physical card is delayed

If your card has not arrived after 10 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm Your Mailing Address: Open the app and verify that your address is correct in your Profile settings.

  2. Contact Qapital Support: If the address is correct but the card is missing, reach out to us at [email protected] or via the support section in the app. We will issue a new physical card for you.

  3. Continue using your Digital Card: Remember, even if your physical card is delayed, your digital card in the app remains active and ready for use!
