If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can temporarily lock and unlock your card right in your app.
You may reissue a new debit card directly in the Qapital app. To do this, tap on Spend in the Home tab, then tap on your Qapital Visa® Debit Card. From there, tap on Replace Card, and then follow the prompts to reissue a new debit card.
If your address is different from what we have on file, you will be prompted to update your address. Once your address is updated, you may issue yourself a new card.
