What to do if my card is declined?

First, check to make sure you transferred funds from your Goals to your Qapital Spend account. You'll need to do this in order to access the money with your Qapital Visa® Debit Card, or your card will be declined for insufficient funds.

SHAZAM Falcon®, our card processor, may have blocked your card due to unusual activity. You'll need to contact SHAZAM Falcon® directly to verify any attempted charges. If they haven't reached out to you already, you can call 855-219-5399 or 866-508-2693.
