Before you reach out to our support team please first go through the following steps:
1) Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
If you are experiencing a connection issue:
Make sure your bank credentials are up to date
Check if your financial institution has made updates to their online banking system
Verify that you've entered the correct account and routing numbers
Look for and remove any duplicate bank connections in your settings
Try logging out of the app, force quitting, and logging back in Some connection issues could take time to fix but don't worry, your money is still safe!
