Will deleting the app stop or cancel my membership?

Deleting the Qapital app will not stop, cancel, or pause your Qapital membership or your rules. All account information will remain in the same state as when the app was deleted, and you are still responsible to pay for your subscription. Canceling your membership requires an explicit request directly to Qapital.

If you don't have access to the Qapital app, you can still cancel your membership by contacting Qapital directly at [email protected]. Please note that refunds for membership charges are subject to specific conditions. No refunds are available if your cancellation request wasn't submitted before the start of your billing cycle. It's recommended to take advantage of Qapital's 30-day trial period and cancel within this timeframe if you decide not to continue with the subscription.

To cancel your membership, go to the Home tab and tap the button in the top left corner. Tap "Membership" and scroll down to "Close my account." Your account will automatically close at the end of your billing cycle. Invest account holders will need to cash out their funds or reach out to our support team at [email protected] or in-app for further assistance. If you notice charges even after attempting to cancel, please verify that your cancellation was properly processed, as no official cancellation activity may have been registered.
