You can fund your Spend account through direct deposit.

Head to the Move Money tab, then tap "Direct deposit." From there, you can find your employer and link your payroll account, or you can set up direct deposit manually using the account and routing number for your Spend account. You'll also need to complete the direct deposit form and decide what portion of your paycheck you'd like to deposit into your Spend account each pay period. You'll have to submit this form to your employer, and they'll set up direct deposit for you.
