You can transfer all or part of your paycheck to your Qapital Spend account through direct deposit. There are two ways to set it up.
Setting up direct deposit not only simplifies transferring funds to your Qapital account but also ensures reliable and timely deposits. Be sure to configure your direct deposit on both your employer’s side and the Qapital app to avoid interruptions.
Direct deposit allows funds to be automatically transferred from your employer to your Qapital Spend account. Ensuring correct setup on both the employer and app sides guarantees funds are routed appropriately.
Automatic setup You can quickly set up direct deposit within the Qapital app. From your home screen, navigate to the Move Money tab, then select "Direct deposit." Find your employer and log in to your company's payroll system. Qapital supports over 40,000 payroll providers.
Manual setup If you can't find your employer in the app, you can manually set up direct deposit. Head to the Move Money tab, then tap on "Direct deposit." Qapital can email you a completed form to forward to your employer, or you can copy and paste your account and routing number to set it up yourself through your payroll provider's online portal.
Verifying Your Direct Deposit Setup
Check Deposits in Your Transaction History:
Confirm deposits are showing in your account transaction history to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
If deposits are posting to your Qapital Spend account, the setup is complete, and no further action is required.
Troubleshooting Tips:
Verify the routing and account numbers shared with your employer are accurate.
Confirm that the "Direct deposit" section in the Move Money tab reflects the correct configuration.
