To manage Rules, head to the 'Transfers' tab and select the 'Rules' banner, then select the '+' in the upper right hand corner to add a new Rule, or select an existing Rule to edit. You can also add Rules from your individual Goals by tapping 'Add Rule' near the bottom of each Goal screen.
