Transfers into your Spend account from external accounts (not your funding account, but accounts like Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, etc.) will still be subject to the transfer rate of 1 to 2 business days, and any questions/concerns must be redirected to the originating account (whether it be Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, etc.). If you choose an "instant" transfer option that transaction usually occurs within 24 hours on our end, but we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe at which these will appear in your Spend account.
