Can I use Qapital if I'm outside of the U.S?

Qapital is only offered and available to legal residents of the United States. You will need a valid U.S. mobile phone number and a U.S. bank account to use Qapital. If you are not a legal resident of the United States, you may not access or use Qapital, and doing so is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If you already have a Qapital account set up you can use it while traveling.
